What are the NLP Conversation Frames?

Mastering Conversation Frames allows you to direct discussions, remove irrelevancies, and ensure that every conversation moves toward its desired outcome.

Evidence Frame

Directs toward the desired outcome or state. Established direction when people are off-point.

Backtrack

Suggests returning to the main points shortly. Used to gently draw someone back to the main discussion.

Relevancy

Challenges the relevancy of a point to remove issues not related to the outcome.

Contrast Frame

Gives a contrast on a subject that changes perception of its value (e.g., "How much money have I saved you by asking these questions?").

Ecology

Establishes the purpose of an outcome (gains/losses, what happens if you do/don't get the outcome).

As If

Accesses information that would not normally be available by providing a fantasy context (e.g., "Let’s say we were to go ahead and allocate a bigger budget, what would you spend it on?").
