In NLP, we often say that there is no content worth knowing. The only content that matters is Context, Process, and Structure.
Content is the meaning we put on the internal representations. For everyone, the meaning is different, and getting bogged down in the story usually leads to more of the same results.
Process is the order and sequence of steps that results in a specific outcome. By changing the process—the way we represent an experience—we can change the internal state and the resulting behavior instantly.
